Never worked before , seems that erl.exe crash ing and not able to start , the C++ seems to be okay

attached the erl_crash file [erl_crash.txt](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/15605507/erl_crash.txt) we did many times but did not help , we are already using 3.3.3
