  • nothing been written to couchDB Logs

  • CouchDB folder has full access

service not starting and going to pause status

  • windows server 2019 standard
    • CouchDB version used:3.2.0
    • Browser name and version: chrome and edge
    • Operating system and version: windows server 2019

Additional Context

  • account running service has full admin right
