Should close #481 and #494 but is unfinished Will need Stripped Log's side texture and will need some artist to polish the Sign textures for both Bamboo and Thatch. Blocks...

Should fix #498 and all other ridden Entity's that have this problem

Basically copied from the Drown Entity and add onto the TropiSkelly since bamboo spears are now throwable

Do so by clicking them with a debug stick to toggle such or spawning with the NBT tag enabled which should fix #493
