If CSS sets bad colors in `:active` and `:focus` pseudo-classes, the colors do not get fixed. Need to possibly find a way of fixing this.

If 'use system colors' is on, SVG images default to using a light foreground color. Issue most visible on wikipedia, where formulas end up light-on-light

Invoke Qt::AA_DontShowIconsInMenus and merge that with the KDE/KStyle setting
