+1 This would be very useful! We have queries that can return between 1 and 100000 entries, so some control would be great!

While documentation is important, is there a plan or a route to fix this? Strings don't work for nice things like `Optional[A | B | C]`...

Support extension instrumentation

While it would be great if full extension instrumentation would work, for now I'd actually settle for a warning for extensions that are not supported. I've been banging my head...
