Possibly refers to using the lasso tool to select ways. Such feature was requested in another issue iirc.

An easier change would be to make the `amenity=parking`'s inner padding wider, like it's done with `building` and `building:part`.

Translations are handled by [Trainsifex](https://app.transifex.com/signin/). You have to login/register there and change the correspodnig strings.

Maybe something like [onOSM.org](https://www.onosm.org/)? There was another similar service as well.

I have the same problem with r16908460. The two stops in the list should be the other way around. Edit: and also on r16363800 an r16363801
