The URL has to point to the file. I mean, how will NodeJS download a file if the URL points to a website? @rom1504
If you have to compile every possible website... I think users should link the .zip file, just like they do with the custom server texture packs. Don't you think so?

Shouldn't this be a separated plugin? If you take Spigot as an example, they do not support multiple versions. But there're plugins that can help you to reach that result.
