Past days were a bit stressful and hectic so I couldn't update you any sooner: So after the update I did a bike tour and I thought it was fixed....

I just used UTC here, it could be any city / timezone (PST, ET, EAST etc), but yes, it is somewhat tied to it.

UTC doesn't change as other time zones do with summer and winter time, which is the entire reason UTC exists. I'll check out the other apps, I like the clock...
