Feature Request: Pin timezone in world clock

I think a great addition to the world clock (besides of #21) would be to pin a time zone to the top of the list as seen in this quick mock-up? Clock_UTC-Pinned

I just used UTC here, it could be any city / timezone (PST, ET, EAST etc), but yes, it is somewhat tied to it.
