@vxrdanny, the guy behind Leap (Kian) has no affiliation with the WordPress plugin being discussed in this issue. Kian is well known for developing really extensive modules for WHMCS.

I don't think anyone but @Kian987 knows if the software is even being developed. Only the README file has been changed since this project was announced.
