The NDK's toolchain file already supports it. This is about the upstream thing which we don't maintain or support. No objections from me, just FYI to anyone reading this that...
You mean this? https://github.com/android/ndk/wiki (and https://github.com/android/ndk/wiki/Unsupported-Downloads for the unsupported releases) I keep asking Studio to handle our version scheme. I think they agree, there's just no capacity for making it...
I guess I'm not really sure what you're asking me to do. The data is already published.
Closing for lack of feedback. If you can clarify what you're asking for we can reopen, but afaict this is already fixed.
Do we need a separate fix for r28? That's currently on clang-r530567, and I think the plan was to keep on that one.
Great, thanks for confirming.
I see. Hidden well enough that it's not something a user would encounter any more, or just way less common?
Right. So, fixed as far as any NDK developer would be able to tell, but there's room for improvement upstream. I'll mark it fixed here once we merge the fix...
> I don't think it is worth re-opening the issue, because nobody else reported the same problem. We'll reopen in case we're able to opportunistically pick up the fix, but...
No, that's not expected. Thanks for the heads up. @pirama-arumuga-nainar FYI
