Sometimes I see the big colorful buttons left behind after they should be gone, and the check boxes behind them, mostly obscured. But there at the same time.

I agree. The placement of the check boxes and buttons should be reworked so that they are in the same place.

I've noticed myself that there seems to often be a one round delay after clicking "sit out". Often I'll fold in the middle of a hand, click "sit out" but...

This did confuse me once. Add in the fact that sometimes the interface lags and it caused me to almost time out.

I too have had this problem. Refreshing helped.
