Dilt is on the case but this is related to the bot applying damage very poorly when it comes to brute/burn damage modifiers.

You used to be able to yellow intent them into the cloner, like you can with any corpse, but now attempting to grab the puddle just rips their brain out.

You cant bite people while wearing masks unless you're a vampire it's a unique vampire bonus that happens to have synergy with this helmet I guess.
