You can't bite people with a mime mask on

Description
Was using the stun helmet and realized you can't bite people while wearing the mime mask. If you're a vampire it's coded to work even while wearing it, so it seems like it should work while wearing it in general.
Steps to Reproduce
have bite turned on with empty hands and harm intent click on someone while wearing a mime mask

You cant bite people while wearing masks unless you're a vampire it's a unique vampire bonus that happens to have synergy with this helmet I guess.
@angryturnip please confirm you were targeting their head with harm intent and biting active. Nothing in the code would make an exception for the mime mask here, so I suspect this was a (skill) issue on your end only.
Can also confirm it instantly started working after i took the mime mask off
The vampire thing is just for making nonhumans less awful to play as when you're a vampire iirc, though it's useful for a lot of other things.
