Memory leak when playing multiplayer

It might be a mod issue, but I might as well put it here just in case,

Terrain is limited to Vanilla Render Distance when using Voxel Rendering

just disable optifine shaders entirely (put on off instead of internal)

Whenever dying creates a grave/ player goes near grave, game crashes

I searched up "java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraft.class_276.method_1235(boolean)" because the return value of "net.minecraft.class_761.method_22990()" is null" and It showed errors with a mod called "More culling" Which I do not have...

Issue was caused by another mod, Palladium [Link](https://github.com/ITsMrToad/PalladiumMod/issues/113)

Fixed by other mod author.
