Just tried an older Pi version and I don't get that error about loading the shared libraries - libbrcmglesv2.so...... so must something to do with the current version? Only problem...

May I ask which image you are using with the touch screen? Are you modifying the SD image by ChyunderMike or using https://github.com/chundermike/rpi-fruitbox/raw/master/install.sh. Im have problems getting the second option...
