So it was stuck for me also on Windows 10 - after waiting about 5 minutes it did actually complete successfully.

This is also a problem on Windows 10 for me, and what is more of a concern is that IEDriverServer locks the node_modules folder from being deleted.

+1 only if can do it in less than 3 years ;)
