Good news from my side: [TexturePacker](https://www.codeandweb.com/texturepacker) 3.5.0 now supports writing ATF directly. No need to use png2atf anymore. And you can also set the quality for PVRTC, ETC1 and DXT....

We can indeed add the animations entry for single sprites in the multipack case. What I currently don't see in the code is how the frames get ordered. TexturePacker might...
