Issue is present. On top of that ExoPlayer ignores default transcode quality setting

Might something to do with device HDR support. Have tried multiple different android devices, some do tone mapping, and those that don't spit out an error untill you bump bitrate...

Same issue LG OLED CX. PC client marks and switches audio tracks correctly, webOS version on TV mixes them up randomly all the time. And sometimes there is no sound...

Not working no matter what. Instantly fails just like OP posted Jellyfin 10.8.10-2 Arch-linux ffmpeg 6 update. ffmpeg 5 doesn't work either. Older versions of intro-skipper same issue as well.

so... turns out the issue was wrong address to an ffmpeg location mostly because i was inattentive during server setup :P Arch Linux correct path `/usr/lib/jellyfin-ffmpeg/ffmpeg`
