That lint flit.ini files (for unknown field ?) and potentially report error in "classical" sprintf format which is easy to hook into editors. Thoughts ?

I just scratched my head for 30 minutes because of a typo. Do @takluyver think it could be ok to warn on extra keys ?

Validate entry_points.txt on install, fail if necessary ?

A bad groupname can prevent other packages from starting as pkg_resources can raise `raise ValueError("Invalid group name", group)`

Support (detect?) missing blank line before Returns sections.

It's not the fist time I come across this, but it looks like project regularly forget the blank line between Parameters and Return, leading to the Returns section being merged...

Should style/index.js import index.css instead of base.css ?

I have no clue, maybe I[m doing things wrong,] but any modif I do to `index.css` of an extension have no effect. It does if I apply them to base......

#31 change Copyright date from 2016 to 2017. IIRC the copyright date should be the date of _first_ copyright and is implicitly YYYY-Present. Should it be changed back ? @ellisonbg...
