This is a known issue for the lanterns. I'll look at their code again, but as the decorations dev is no longer active I doubt this will be fixed.

Already have a fork. The dev has done some odd thing that result in it not building properly in my dev environment. This is why I fixed the texture issues...

I can look at if anything like this is possible with 1.7.10 IE. I won't be adding in new blocks though.

I'll look into this. I can't remember changing this, but it has been a long time since I've looked at that.

It is just HQM. You can enable it in game. I think /hqm enable. You might need to cheat in a quest book, although they are craftable. Be aware HQM...
