SMP: can't create Decorations / Merchants smithing items

I am matching the arrows and the final recipe and the item is not created.

e.g., Zinc Flan, Lantern Core

Are the arrow values are off between the server and the client?

This is a known issue for the lanterns. I'll look at their code again, but as the decorations dev is no longer active I doubt this will be fixed.

Already have a fork. The dev has done some odd thing that result in it not building properly in my dev environment. This is why I fixed the texture issues via our tweaks mod.
