I have faced the same problem and it still exists. I found that this issue occurs in PowerShell, but it does not occur in Git Bash.

我用的是 Clash X Pro (1.96.2.1) M1 版本 也出现了一样的问题，感觉还是网络问题吧，导致无法下载，可以试试多尝试几次。实在不行手动下载也可以。就是手动下载，更新起来很麻烦。没办法自动更新。
升级到2.17.2，手动执行任务，同样不显示日志，只显示‘任务未运行’，等待解决。
