Shields should actually be fully hidden and not searchable since they're supposed to be gotten only from design disks.

Okay this is apparently only the case when fighters are spawned on top of magcats because it causes their magcat lock-on to break in some way.

Can you make a double of this PR on Beestation as well? It's obviously not required since most of this is in the nsv13 folder, but at least the TGUI...

Pretty sure this happens cause openspace uses layers to work, and the overlays are overlayed on top of those
