Consider adding a full "Dry Run" feature that does not install software or run scripts

Put some kind of visual indicator on the screen when we're running in DEBUG mode to make things crystal clear and obvious. Add warnings to the logs as well.

I just did some testing on this, and I can only reproduce it when the `--title` option is completely omitted. Using `--title none` makes Dialog behave as expected
