Consider adding a full "Dry Run" feature that does not install software or run scripts

Baseline Report.txt could print useful information about what exactly is being read by the config, and then just skip it and sleep 5 for each item instead of executing.

Put some kind of visual indicator on the screen when we're running in DEBUG mode to make things crystal clear and obvious.

Add warnings to the logs as well.
