I think I managed to get YoutubeDL.py to do splitting chapters. I asked [a question](https://github.com/alexta69/metube/issues/246) in MeTube Github and got some help. Using this made it work `{"postprocessors": [{"key": "FFmpegSplitChapters"}]}`
