I've checked the report at: https://build.haiku-os.org/buildmaster/master/riscv64/logviewer.html?report.txt Which indeed doesn't list jasper, but I don't see any cycling dependency in it's recipe.

Quick check didn't get me any further, checking repology doesn't list much either, nothing for Fedora, Arch link seems broken and on Gentoo's side I can't access the ebuild file...
