The KDE frameworks already moved to Qt >= 6.8, and while gear25.12 is mostly requiring Qt
There is still an issue with qtmultimedia that started from Qt 6.8, afaik 6.9.0 still produced sound, but no video, hence I didn't enable it. But yeah, 6.9 should get...
