interesting. horde dont seem to have a similar option. its been over 24 hours 

[this report](https://github.com/chromiecraft/chromiecraft/issues/4107) could be related? Seems like there are multiple issues with those npc's dialogue options

Just completed this today. it seems if you dont move much it wont complete, but if you mount up and quickly run between Fandral and anachronos itll work every time

seems like several other npc's should have dialogue too https://github.com/chromiecraft/chromiecraft/issues/5782
