Current Behaviour

Swimming underwater in Baradin Bay at 20.49 16.99 (also 20.48 17.19) (also 18.13 18.50), and the breath meter disappears and I do not lose breach and can stay underwater at this location forever.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

For the 'Breath' meter to appear and start losing breath.
