I'm experiencing the same issue reported by @germetist, exactly 16x duplicated lines when adding a string filter. It really gave me a headache. I'm also deploying the stack from `/production/docker`....

I've just created a PR https://github.com/grafana/loki/pull/8019 that fixes this issue, tested on the logging infrastructure I'm currently maintaining. Feel free to check it out and merge it if it's appropriate.
