[Bug] Selecting a note title does not necessarily turn off preview refresh and associated selection moving

**Bug description:** When I open a note and have text placed in it, the note editor (when preview is on) is slow to update that the title is being updated....

I'm not sure where to put this, so I'll note it here. I'm transitioning off of MindForger, but I wanted to release the tools and CSS I built for it....

Is this dead?

I think having a collective online knowledge base is pretty cool. I tried it out but didn't get anything. Are the servers down?
