[Bug] Selecting a note title does not necessarily turn off preview refresh and associated selection moving
Bug description:
When I open a note and have text placed in it, the note editor (when preview is on) is slow to update that the title is being updated. It tries to update the note's text, and while it does so it refreshes the writing cursor back into the editing window. This does not occur every time, but can occur once or more before MindForger stops resetting the cursor. This makes it occasionally difficult to edit the title if you have previously written in the text.
Expected behavior:
Do not reset my selection while I am attempting to edit the title.
Environment:
- MindForger version: 1.52.0
- Operating system: Windows 10 x64
Steps to reproduce :lady_beetle::
- Create a new note.
- Make sure you have the note preview enabled.
- Write any amount of text in the text editor. This should trigger the note preview.
- Randomly, it will alongside refreshing the preview reset the selection & writing cursor to the note, at the last point you had it placed.

Unable to repro @ ec6be1f19a086b0c5592faac22052dc6461adfd2 - not closing yet, more testing needed (use of MF ~ for writing MF documentation @ Windows). Ideas:
- might be cause by optional JavaScript libraries enabled in the preview
- might be different configuration
- might be Qt version error
