OK. First, after opening Terminal, can you have a look at the Task Manager in Puter? It's in this menu and should have an entry for "phoenix" underneath the "terminal"...

The EMFILE error might have been caused by some of my local changes, but the webpack issue isn't.

Maybe widgets could be a special kind of UIWindow that doesn't show a title bar, and remains at a low zindex, etc? They have a lot in common I think....

Marking this as ready, but it's still waiting for #481 to be properly useful.

Looks like missing manpages is the only issue, so let's merge it!
