The following is fixed in 4.1.0. #671 - Fleet Carriers & Damaged Stations can cause `AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'values'` error. Fixes are in 4.1.0-beta5 and later.

Removed: #736 - Application fails to start on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 (probably locale related?). **Should be fixed in 4.1.1** as 4.1.1 is confirmed to fix it.

Added mention of #750, application scaling acting weird on some Linux setups. Added blank line between each entry.

Added: #804 - Update from 3.4.3.0/3.43 doesn't work. Program crashes out when it should be showing the changelog.

Document that #678 is being triggered for everyone due to EDSM downtime, and 4.1.6-rc3 addresses this.
