This has been mitigated in oref0 version 0.7.0 [release notes] https://github.com/openaps/oref0/releases/tag/v0.7.0 [issue] https://github.com/openaps/oref0/pull/1258 and will be part of the upcoming release of AndroidAPS 2.7.

That's why I mentioned that there is no problem with sending BG values from xDrip+ to AndroidAPS, at least for my system. ;)
