[2.6.1.4 - 2.7-rc1] xDrip+ doesn't receive treatments when phone is offline

As the title says, xDrip+ doesn't receive treatments from AndroidAPS when the phone is offline. (Blood glucose values are being sent from xDrip+ to AndroidAPS without problem when there is no internet connection.) There is a caveat, though: I can not proof that AndroidAPS is the culprit, it could also be xDrip+. But we have to start somewhere. The only thing I can tell you is that this started months ago and if my memory serves my right, it was connected to an AndroidAPS update, maybe to 2.5 or it was 2.6. Unfortunately I didn't take notes. It has also persisted through several xDrip+-versions.

Steps to reproduce: Disconnect the phone from wifi and mobile data. Issue a treatment (carbs or bolus). Look at the xDrip+-graph for ten minutes and notice that the treatment isn't being shown. Reenable the internet connection. Notice that the treatment is being shown in xDrip+, maybe within a minute. Conclusion: sync only happens via Nightscout and not via local broadcast.

Hi @ArthurusDent not sure if this is connected but may give a clue, what is in your AAPS xDrip tab? Sometimes mine is hours out of date then catches up?

That's why I mentioned that there is no problem with sending BG values from xDrip+ to AndroidAPS, at least for my system. ;)
