[feature request] need PAC mode for filter websites

A useful feature will be in the Amnezia client, PAC mode, similar to the vanilla Windows client Shadowsocks. PAC files with locked resources are constantly updated ([example](https://github.com/onminonA/proxy.pac))

Delete messages completely instead of showing "Message deleted by you" in "Note to self"

@ShGKme, in version v2.0.2 the problem still reproducible. I didn't write about it earlier, but after reproducing the problem, other chats stop loading. The only thing that helps is exiting...

@ShGKme, only in the desktop client v. 2.0.3. In Firefox:

upd: On another PC, with the talk desktop v 2.0.3 and the same Nextcloud server, there are no issues with emojis. The OS version are identical on different PCs.
