Only the first 1-2 seconds of the video are played.

- Open any chat with video.
- Click play video.
Expected behaviour
Playing videos entirely with the ability to position on a timeline.
Actual behaviour
Playing the video for 1-2 seconds and stop it and without the possibility of positioning on a timeline.

Additional context
In Firefox and Chromium do not have this issue.
Is the problem still reproducible on the latest version?
@ShGKme, in version v2.0.2 the problem still reproducible. I didn't write about it earlier, but after reproducing the problem, other chats stop loading. The only thing that helps is exiting Talk.
This might be the same issue with #1461
