Problem with installing "ArduImageCapture" Plug-In

I copy the plugin in to the correct address but it doesn't appear in tools bar.  .

while we have a at24C32 IC on DS1307 module, can we save some data on it as EEPROM? I read that it has 56-Byte, Battery-Backed, Non-volatile (NV)RAM for data storage....
