@LinshuH msys2 use pacman package manager ported from Arch Linux. Read wiki before posting such noob questions

You need first cd to directory with git repo. But in any case you will get other errors

Last error becasue git is MSYS2 program and works with UNIX paths, while tcl/tk is MINGW program and it doesnt understandd UNIX paths

I'm widely use ````tig```` console program to work with git

@sonoro1234 probably you have old toolchain where uuidof not yet provided

@sonoro1234 this is not MSYS2 toolchains so I can’t tell you

@lillolollo show your PKGBUILD and build log

@lillolollo at least you try to run ````autoreconf```` or ````autoconf````

We have many packages with this error because symlink not supported on windows. So this is not your issue with building
