Thanks for the report! This is caused by a problem in LBA (https://github.com/AlexIIL/LibBlockAttributes/issues/22), but I'll release a new version of simple pipes with a fix for it too.

(I'll close this when I've actually tested and released the fix).

Thats a good idea. Its already implemented in my 1.4.x branch so i guess i just need to backport it.
