Well, it just started working again for me. I did a reinstall 4 days ago, came back home today and the app refreshed automatically (I also tried manually, works too)....
I have the exact same issue here. Tried with 2 different decrypted Youtube IPA, both via Wi-Fi and USB. Restarted sideloadly and the iphone. (16.5.1) Also disabled my antivirus.
