Hello! Thank you for your quick response. Using the branch fix_find_attc_max the pipeline is running Ok with contig_11, but still reporting negative coordinates for contig_116.
In addition, we are currently ignoring predictions with negative coordinates. It would be great to have that fix as well in the new release :D
