[Regression] "CD Access Time" now causes issues in some games

I confirm that this bug with CD Access Time still remain. No background music in some games. Moreover, others games seems to freeze or loop right after the boot logo...

There is no background CD music when playing MegaCD

I can confirm this bug on Retrobat 7.1. Game is working, but no background music. The workaround I found is to disable "CD Access Time" in Quick Menu/Core options/Hacks/ I...
