[Documentation] saka key is not bound to key character but to key physical location on keyboards

**Steps to reproduce :** * Install Saka Key on a AZERTY keyboard machine and not a QWERTY one and try to use the commands (for example from the tutorial https://key.saka.io/docs/tutorial/zooming)....

Rainbow CSV does not appear in status bar and does not execute command from palette

Type: Bug When openning a .csv file and switching from Plain Text in status bar to .csv bar with ; separato, I can briefly see "activiating extensions" then nothin appear....
