Rainbow CSV does not appear in status bar and does not execute command from palette

When openning a .csv file and switching from Plain Text in status bar to .csv bar with ; separato, I can briefly see "activiating extensions" then nothin appear.

2 weeks ago, VS Code loads the extension and displays its option in status bar.

Now even from palette command, the extension does not provide its services as aligning columns, RBQL querying, etc.

I updated to last version
