Options worked fine in the very first release of MV3 extension (v0.3.11). Problem persists in v0.3.12 and v0.3.13. Initially posted on [our forum](https://forum.adguard.com/index.php?threads/adguard-manifest-v3-extension-v0-3-11.49640/).

Certain types of exception rules do not work

I added a rule like this @@||youtube.com^$elemhide,generichide but ads on youtube are still blocked. Am I doing something wrong or this is a bug?
