issue when selecting multiple language-specific filters

Hello, I'm using AdGuard MV3 v 0.3.60 and Chrome v 116.0.5845.141 on windows 10. Windows 10 is in English, but I'm using Italian locale.

In the "language specific filters" section I cannot select both English and Italian filters. The english filter is automatically selected (Adguard base filter) but I cannot see the option to enable italian filter.

But if I use a Windows 10 with italian locale then the italian filter is automatically selected, but I cannot choose the english one.

BTW in the above screenshot you can see that the "Language-specific filters" is not translated into italian.

There isn't an Italian filter included. What you're seeing as Italian is actually due to poor translation.

ah ok... so please can you add an italian filter? :-)
